Service Adjustment Policy

A 50% Deposit will be taken at the time of booking , this will be applied to your service. 

Your deposit reserves your appointment slot and allows for up to two rescheduled appointments. Beyond that, any further changes will require booking a new appointment and deposit.

Please note that rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours in advance, same-day rescheduling is not permitted.

We’ll send a confirm email that your appointment is booked. 

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and will be applied toward the cost of your service.

Deposits are fully refundable if appointments are canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. Clients may request a refund of their deposit by contacting us via email or phone, which can be found in the Contact section below. If a refund is not requested, the deposit will remain on the client’s account and can be applied toward a future appointment when rebooking.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your banking institution’s processing times.

We know New York, and sometimes travel takes longer than expected, but please don’t be inconsiderate. If you are running late to your appointment, let us know! Please note, if you are late by 15 minutes or more, you will be charged a late fee of $35.00

We believe in making time for self-care and feeling our best, but we know life happens. The reality is that sometimes we have to postpone or cancel appointments. If something comes up and you are unable to make it, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

You can cancel your appointment in any of the following ways:

• Reply to your appointment confirmation email and request a cancellation or new date.

• Sign in to your Meevo account and cancel your appointment directly through your client profile.

• Contact us by email or phone, both listed in the Contact section of our website. 

Unfortunately, a last-minute cancellation means others miss out (and we are left twiddling our thumbs), and as such, any cancellations made the day of your appointment will incur a 50% charge. If you are a no-show (how rude!) you will incur a 100% charge.

*Cancellation charges are based on a percentage of the total service price based on the appointment booked/style selected.

All services are NON- REFUNDED but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge.

If you are dissatisfied with the service provided, you should contact within 48 hours of the initial service in order to receive a complimentary service to adjust any dissatisfaction, all redo's must be validated by management. Corrective services will not be allowed 5 days past initial service date.
